A Los Angeles based Call Center

This client approached us with basic call center requirements: 60 seats, 2 queues, 8 incoming 800#'s, and a 4 fully saturated T1's with incoming sales calls the entire day.

Our Solution:

Skyy's Call Center Solution, with CDR statistics, Queue Statistics, Voicemail for Individual Agents and per incoming 800#, Round-Robin call distribution, After-Hours Voicemail, Call Recording, Call Monitoring, Barge, and Minute usage statistics.

One of the nicest features of this system is a customized "Save the Sale" function which easily allows management to verify that a sales rep has prevented a lost sale. When a sales rep gets a phone call for a cancellation, he or she may make a significant commission if he or she "saves the sale". The system was designed so if the "Save the Sale" tone (ex. #123) is detected after a phone call has completed, the recording of that particular phone call is forwarded to management. At which point the Sales rep is evaluated on his or her hand at "Saving the sale" and the commission is granted.
